Einhell’s new cordless hose reel for maximum flexibility when watering the garden
The new GE-HR 18/30 Li cordless hose reel from Einhell allows the garden hose to be wound up quickly and conveniently at the press of a button. The garden companion is a member of the Power X-Change battery platform, which already comprises over 300 DIY and garden tools. The cordless hose reel can be either attached permanently to a wall with the bracket or placed on a cart (available separately) for mobile use.
Hose rewinding at the press of a button
The hassle of having to roll the garden hose up manually and getting your hands dirty is finally over. With Einhell’s new GE-HR 18/30 Li cordless hose reel, the hose can now be wound up cleanly and comfortably at the press of a button. Just engage the 18 V Power X-Change battery, press the button and watch the 30 m garden hose roll up automatically on the reel. The stopper ball pre-mounted on the garden hose fits all 12.5 mm (1/2") hoses. It can be positioned flexibly and stops the motor automatically, thereby preventing damage. Meanwhile, the internal hose guide ensures that the hose rolls up evenly without kinking or getting tangled up in a knot. Cleaning brushes at the intake also make sure that any bits of grass or organic matter still stuck to the hose cannot get into the hose reel. A residual water drain in the reel allows water and moisture to be conveyed directly out of the housing.
Perfectly equipped
The wall bracket included in delivery makes it easy to attach the hose reel to the wall of the house or the shed. The reel can be pivoted 90 degrees to the left or right, which means that the hose can be used to water every corner of the garden without kinking while also minimizing the space taken up on the wall. For watering, the hose can then be extended to the desired length without locking.
The fixed 1.5 m connection hose and the standard tap connectors (1", 1/2", 3/4") provided with the reel enable it to be connected directly to the water tap. The integrated 30 m UV-resistant garden hose has a diameter of 12.5 mm (1/2"), a stopper ball, an adapter with Aquastop and a garden sprayer. The practical maintenance flap gives easy access to the inside of the hose reel, and also makes it quick and easy to replace the hose.
The 2-in-1 version
However, the UV-resistant and splash-proof cordless hose reel can also be used as a mobile garden companion: The reel is effortlessly removed from the wall bracket without the need for tools, while the practical handle and recessed grips on the side make it easy to integrate the reel into a mobile cart. Available separately, the hose and transport cart can also be used to carry pot plants, drinks crates, and other heavy or bulky items as well as the hose reel. A 75-liter garden waste sack is included. This can be easily secured to the cart by means of a hook-and-loop fastener. Two ground spikes also allow the cart to be fixed in the lawn or soil for convenience.

The GE-HR 18/30 Li cordless hose reel is part of the Power X-Change platform from Einhell, which already comprises over 300 DIY and garden tools.
