Remuneration of the Management Board members

On April 22, 2021, the Supervisory Board of Einhell Germany AG adopted a new remuneration system for the Board of Directors, which was approved by a majority of 100 percent of the votes cast at the Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2021, at which the system was presented for approval for the first time.

Remuneration of the Supervisory Board

The remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board is governed by section 6 of the Articles of Association of Einhell Germany AG. The Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2023 confirmed the amendment to the remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board, including the system on which this remuneration is based, with a majority of 100 percent of the votes.

Remuneration report

On 28 June 2024, the Annual General Meeting of Einhell Germany AG adopted the remuneration report of Einhell Germany AG for the financial year 2023 proposed by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
